These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions made on the Boutique HWL online store at https://hwlmaison.com, as well as your general use of this website. Boutique HWL is a company registered in Quebec, Canada. By placing an order or using this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. 2. Products

Boutique HWL offers a curated selection of wellness, lifestyle, and personal care products. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Boutique HWL reserves the right to modify its product range without prior notice.

Products are available while supplies last. In the event of a stock shortage after your order is placed, Boutique HWL will contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on https://hwlmaison.com are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are shown excluding taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Boutique HWL reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

4. Taxes

For orders shipped within Canada, applicable taxes (GST/QST) will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with current tax regulations.

For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These amounts are not included in the displayed price and are non-refundable.

5. Order & Payment

Orders are processed through the SureCart platform. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is charged at the time the order is confirmed.

Boutique HWL reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or presenting unusual risk, with a full refund issued.

6. Shipping

6.1 Estimated timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs clearance. HWL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

• Canada: 3 to 7 business days
• United States: 5 to 10 business days
• International: 7 to 21 business days

6.2 Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected carrier. All shipping fees are denominated in USD.

6.3 Liability

Responsibility for goods transfers to the carrier upon handover. A tracking number will be provided by email. In the event of loss or damage, please contact us at boutique@hiyamwellness.com.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. That policy forms an integral part of these Terms. All refunds are processed in USD at the exchange rate applicable on the date of refund processing.

8. Acceptable Use

As a user, you agree to use this site lawfully and to refrain from any of the following prohibited activities:

• Infringing the intellectual property rights of HWL or any third party

Boutique HWL’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
